Detail & Design operates out of a 7700 sq. foot shop with 10 experienced machinists, we use Surf Cam Software (Same as Work NC) to support three full CNC machining centers with 20 tool changer, One High Speed Machining center with 16 tool changer, 18Ħħ swing CNC controlled turent lathe, 3 surface grinders 12Ħħ x 24Ħħ travel, 5 Bridgeport Style machines all with 3 axis readouts, 1 TOS squaring up machine (which are all calibrated and checked daily). We have all the required measuring equipment and tooling necessary in our facility. Detail & Design takes pride in our Quality and Service, We have an excellent Track Record! |
